Q. What fuel cards do you accept?A. We accept all keyfuels, ReD Cards and UK fuels cards. This can be identified by checking the logo on the back of the card or by contacting your card issuer
Q. Can I pay for fuel using cash?
A. No, we are a fully automated site which means that only card transactions with a PIN number are accepted
Q. Is fuel available all day?
A. The fuel facilities are available 24/7
Q. What fuel products do you provide?
A. We have Diesel, Gas Oil and AdBlue available on pump. Also water for you vehicles
Q. How much does it cost to park overnight?

Q. What voucher do I get with the parking tickets?
A. Rate 1: £9.50 with £1 voucher, Rate 2: £11.50 with £3.00 voucher, Rate 3: £13.50 with £5 voucher
vouchers are redeemable in the shop, cafeteria or bar.
Q. Do you allow refrigerated lorries to park overnight?
A. Yes, however we operate a no noise policy between 22.00-06.00 hrs and insist that the unit is switched off for the comfort of other drivers
Q. What is the capacity for vehicles parking at Junction 29?
A. We are able to provide parking for up to 100 vehicles
Q. Can I reserve a space to park overnight?
A. We operate a first-come-first-serve basis so its not possible to reserve a space
Q. I have a hazardous load, what do I need to do?
A. Our hazardous loads policy states that you must report what goods you are carrying, this should be done whilst paying for your parking ticket. All drivers of hazardous loads must report to a member of staff on arrival and park at least 6 bays away from the building and fuel tanks.
Q. Where should I pay for parking?
A. On arrival, you should purchase your parking ticket from the shop and display the ticket in the window of your vehicle
Q. What are the opening times for the shop?
A. The shop is open Monday – Friday 06.00 – 21.30hrs and Saturday 06.00 – 12.000hrs
Q. What payment methods do you accept in the shop?
A. We accept all major debit, credit cards excluding American Express. We can accept Euros and are able to provide a cash back facility (minimum spend £5.00)
Q. What are the opening times for the Cafe?
A. The cafe is open Monday to Friday 5:00am - 10:30pm, Saturday 5:00am - 12:00 noon .
